Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their booking at any time before departure and will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip at no additional cost.
Cancellation by Neo Classic
If we must cancel or reschedule a trip due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather, technical issues), customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
- Payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Bookings will be confirmed only if at least 100 passengers are booked. Otherwise, your payment will be refunded 10–15 days before the trip.
